Trainers listed on CPR.team are independent service providers. CPR.team does not employ trainers and is not responsible for their actions.

3. No Payments in V1

CPR.team does not process payments in the current version. Payments, fees, and refunds are handled directly between trainers and businesses.

4. No Guarantees

CPR.team does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of training services. Businesses are responsible for verifying trainer credentials.

5. User Responsibilities

• Trainers must provide accurate profile information and authorized certification uploads.
• Businesses must provide accurate booking details and communicate respectfully.

6. Prohibited Use

• No spam or fraudulent requests.
• No harassment or abuse.
• No malicious file or content uploads.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPR.team is not liable for damages arising from platform use or trainer-provided services.
